We start with what your organisation needs — leadership, AI capability, L&D improvement, change — and design a programme around that. The qualification framework is the funding mechanism. Three routes, all Level 4, all levy funded in England.
Most apprenticeship providers start with a standard and design delivery around it. We start with your organisation — what you are trying to achieve, where the capability gaps are, and what good would look like — then fit the programme to the most appropriate qualification framework.
We proved this model with LaDIA, our L&D Improvement Analyst programme, across 53 participants and 49 organisations. Now we apply the same design-first approach to leadership, AI capability, change management, and bespoke academies. Several management standards are being defunded from September 2026 and levy funds now expire after 12 months — both good reasons to act, but the real reason is that a programme designed for your organisation produces a better outcome than one designed for a qualification.
A programme designed entirely from scratch for your organisation
We start with your organisation — strategy, culture, capability needs — and design a programme around that. Leadership, AI, data, change: the content depends on what you need. We fit it to the standard and fund it through the levy.
Proven with 53 participants across 49 organisations through the LaDIA programme. Now available as a fully bespoke academy for your organisation.
Developing confident leaders who make better decisions
A levy-funded Level 4 programme that develops leadership capability: sound judgement, managing people well, leading change, and driving improvement. AI is embedded as a practical tool throughout, not the subject of the training.
Designed for team leaders, first-line managers, and middle managers.
Company-specific AI capability that spreads
Not levy funded, but often commissioned alongside a levy-funded programme. Develops 10–15 AI Champions who each enable multiple colleagues. Diagnostic-led, built around your organisation's actual work.
Evidence-based practice for L&D
An 18-month Level 4 qualification that turns L&D professionals into evidence-based practitioners. Covers evaluation, business analysis, data, research methods, and applied AI for L&D.
Also available as the L&D Improvement Certificate — a flexible, self-paced alternative for those without levy funding.
Every programme starts with understanding each individual, not a one-size-fits-all syllabus.
We measure productivity and performance improvement, not just attendance and completion.
AI is woven into how leaders think and L&D professionals work, not taught as a separate module.
Levy funds now expire after 12 months. These programmes are a high-impact way to use them before they're lost.
