Evaluation Experience

We have more than 30 years of experience of evaluation. We have evaluated everything from individual programmes to whole L&D functions and we have even evaluated the impact of government funded programmes and international research projects. We can help you evaluate your programmes.

Psychometrics and Behavioural Assessments

Peter was trained in psychometric modelling at Cambridge University and his academic research is focussed on measuring behavioural change, in a statistically robust way, and one that predicts success outcomes.  We can support you in many ways from creating bespoke psychometrics for your company to helping you measure your diversity and inclusion.

L&D Measurement and Evaluation
