LaDIA Programme

The Learning & Development Improvement Analyst (LaDIA) Programme, an 18-month journey designed to transform you into a Learning Scientist: an evidence-based practitioner who leverages business analysis and robust data/research methods to create more effective and efficient learning.

Built on the foundation of Business Analyst Level 4 analysis, this programme goes beyond traditional methods, focusing entirely on the unique challenges and opportunities within Learning & Development (L&D).

The programme offers a flexible, toolkit-based approach, with content tailored to the specific needs of each participant. As you progress, you'll develop the skills to leverage data, enhance decision-making, and drive meaningful change, enabling you to deliver greater value and positioning yourself as a key driver of L&D effectiveness and innovation within your organisation.

Is this programme for me?

If you work in L&D, and spend time measuring impact or evaluating programmes then it is certainly for you. In terms of background, the programme covers both technical and non-technical aspects, so if your background is one or the other, or even both, you’ll still be able to get a lot out of it.

Technical people will learn how to tell stories and align communication with objectives, non-technical people will learn how to evidence their decision-making with data, and everyone will understand L&D from a strategic level, enabling efficiency in the L&D department.
