Peter spoke at the Recruitment Agency Expo in London in February 2022 to an audience of 100+. His presentation covered the topic of ‘Building your own Psychometrics’ where he discussed some of the issues with Psychometric tools, the ongoing debate of off the shelf vs bespoke tests and how to develop/deploy the tools.
The presentation was built on research that Peter had been conducting in the prior to the event and was built on data from real-life recruitment staff and their opinions.
