The Learning & Development Improvement Analyst (LaDIA) Programme, an 18-month journey designed to transform you into a Learning Scientist: an evidence-based practitioner who leverages business analysis and robust data/research methods to create more effective and efficient learning.


Built on the foundation of Business Analyst Level 4 analysis, this programme goes beyond traditional methods, focusing entirely on the unique challenges and opportunities within Learning & Development (L&D).


The programme offers a flexible, toolkit-based approach, with content tailored to the specific needs of each participant. As you progress, you'll develop the skills to leverage data, enhance decision-making, and drive meaningful change, enabling you to deliver greater value and positioning yourself as a key driver of L&D effectiveness and innovation within your organisation.

IS THIS PROGRAMME FOR ME?

If you work in L&D, and spend time measuring impact or evaluating programmes then it is certainly for you. In terms of background, the programme covers both technical and non-technical aspects, so if your background is one or the other, or even both, you’ll still be able to get a lot out of it.

Technical people will learn how to tell stories and align communication with objectives, non-technical people will learn how to evidence their decision-making with data, and everyone will understand L&D from a strategic level, enabling efficiency in the L&D department.

Our flexible delivery style allows you to attend catch-up sessions if you miss the main one, accommodating your evolving schedule. We adapt to your busy periods, whether it's post-budget approval or a year-end crunch.
Lastly, the generative AI techniques we teach will save you significant time, meaning a weekly hour with us translates to many hours saved in your work.

HOW IS THE PROGRAMME FUNDED?

For people working in England, it is funded through the Apprenticeship levy. Please contact us to discuss costs / scholarships if you are not based in England.
